Position : Store Supervisor
Period : Sep. 2015 to Jun. 2016.
Job Description:-
 Keep track and records of Electronics Materials, Tools, Equipments and Machineries
(Assets), Consumables Materials like Building, Safety, Electricals, Plumbing and
Stationery, Project Specified Materials, and Chemicals etc where expiry date are
applicable and issue accordingly.
 Keep track of all materials ordered, received, issued and pending receipt and maintain
proper records for the same. Update Stock Bin Card regularly.
 Taking monthly physical stock of all above materials and reconciliation with
computerized stock and submit report to manager.
 Maintaining minimum and maximum level of all types of stock items.
 Responsible for inventory accuracy and adjustments, and overall utilization.
 Check Transfer Order and Reservation to make Goods issue.
 Delivery Notes and Packing List is signed after all above types of checking.
 Maintain proper Tags, Labels and Marking on other accordingly for ease of identification
and traceability. Ensure materials are located and stacking in recommended storage area.
 Working and Co-coordinating closely with Logistics Dept. to determine the effective way
to receive materials (Air, Road or Sea). And Co-coordinate with Suppliers and Logistic
Dept. to ensure on timely materials delivery on site.
 During materials offloading check materials unit number, module number, received
quantities, qualities and physical check with price match and capture photos for overshot

and defective or damaged materials (Specially OSD Materials). Simultaneously follow up
is done with supplier to correct it.
 Following high level ISO safety procedures in Warehouse and using PPE and other safety
materials during works. Plan, organize and carry out works in a safe manner.
 Verifying received materials with D.N., INV, PO, Tools Certificates and MSDS for
Chemicals and Ensure Chemicals are stored as per the MSDS recommendations.
 Ensure good general housekeeping of the Warehouse and dispose of waste materials to
scrape area in accordance with best practice and current regulations.
 Monitoring Warehouse employee’s performance and attendance regularly.
 Plan and provide counter measures against such matters as fire, moisture, excessive
temperature, corrosion, dust vibration and hazardous materials etc., to protect store.
 Perform related tasks as assigned.

Job Description:-
 Exercise control and issue of high valued items and maintain adequate stock frequently
used items. Maintain stock and inventory and update Stock Bin Cards.
 Work closely with user dept. to recommend quantities of supply for purchase and
exercise budgetary control over main store operations. Responsible for regular review of
stock in conjunction with user dept., including identification of redundant, slow moving
surplus inventory. Handle Petty Cash up to QAR-10000/-
 According to site construction requirement priority materials issued to site.
 Allocation of materials received against project materials requirements.
 Prepare Materials Request Form and process it immediately by considering inventory
level. Responsible for daily checking the non- availability of items and made MRF and
send it to concern dept. as soon as possible.
 Monthly report to Procurement Dept. for list of available of Tools and Assets.
 Co-ordinate with Procurement Dept. to prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPO) and
Foreign Purchase Order (FPO) and enquiries or requests for Quotations.
 Materials Received Voucher (MRV) is made on the basis of D.N., PO and Invoice.
 Received materials documents are clearly file for inventory and audit purpose.
 Generate Overage, Shortage and Damage (OSD) report in case of discrepant enduring the
course of the inspection & inventory process and forward the same to the procurement
dept. for further action.
 Undertake Owner’s QA/QC checks on received materials and identify and arrange for
any additional inspection.
 Generate and forward Request for Inspection (RFI) to the Client’s respective QA/QC
Dept. and assisting them during final inspection of materials/equipments at Lay down
Yard/Warehouse and at Construction Site.
 Apply FIFO (First in First Out) and LIFO (Last in First Out) issue method.
