Scope of work: it is about construction of 2 lines including the structural, architectural, and
electrical design. 52 stations between underground, elevated, and at grade will be executed within
these 2 lines. I am working as Project engineer for an underground station where many activities
and tasks will be executed under my supervision and management.
Traffic deck construction is one of the main activities on site which consists of construction of
footings, walls, piling works which are about drilling, installing, and concreting. I-beams will be
installed later on inside the holes and then connected to the footings using H-beams. After that,
installation of precast plankets will take place. Second of all, deep excavation will occur to enable the
TBM to work properly and safely at a depth of 30 m.
