13. TEAM MEMBER
PROGRAMME
For youth, the TM value proposition is: a practical team experience
to gain hard and soft skills and access the global network of
AIESEC. The overall experience needs to give an entrepreneurial and
responsible attitude towards being a better leader.
TMP conditions: TM Programme is an experience hosted by an
AIESEC entity in any country or territory. The primary purpose of the
programme is to provide a practical learning and development
experience to a young person, through being part of a team and
having responsibilities towards improving AIESEC performance and
the delivery of its experiences. A TM Programme experience is
between 8 weeks and 18 months.
14. TEAM LEADER
PROGRAMME
For youth, the TL value proposition is: a practical team leader
experience to gain personal and professional development. The
overall experience needs to give an entrepreneurial and
responsible attitude towards being a better leader.
TLP conditions: A TL Programme experience is between 8 weeks
and 18 months. TL Programme can be run in two main ways: being
team leader of a project team or being part of an executive
leadership body on local, national or global level.
15. GLOBAL COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
For students, the GCDP value proposition is: Cross-cultural and
positive impact and personal development. The student should be
able to contribute positively to social change in another country or
territory while experiencing the culture of that country or territory.
A GCDP exchange is an internship that is hosted by an AIESEC entity
under a project or a non-AIESEC organisation e.g. NGO,
organisations or schools in another country or territory.
The primary purpose of the intern's job description must be; the
intern's cross cultural understanding, personal development and
the opportunity to contribute to social change. A GCDP internship is
between 6 weeks and 18 months.
16. GLOBAL INTERNSHIP
PROGRAMME
the GIP value proposition is: Cross-cultural and professional
experience.
A GIP exchange is an internship hosted by a non-AIESEC
organisation in another country or territory. The primary purpose
of the intern's job description must be the intern's professional
development. A GIP internship is between 6 weeks and 18 months.
