    • Is a distiled made from the blue
       agave

       Guadalajara, Jalisco

       it is straight but it can be drunk
       also with salt and lemon or with

MEZCAL

  worm with chilly and
  lemon
PULQUE
Is a fermented beverage made from the
maguey
In Mexico are also produced the “curados”;
those are made by fruit or vegetables
The pulque is the most popular beverage in
Mexico after the tequila
WINES
Mexican wine production has not
been reconized around the world like
the frenc wine or the italian wine.
In Mexico, wines have increased
their poduction and popularity in the
country

CASA MADERO
The most important winery is Casa Madero,
the oldest winery in the New World, founded
in 1597 as Hacienda San Lorenzo. This label
includes a range of varietals, with its
chardonnay, chenin blanc and Syrah winning
awards. Its brandies are considered among the
best in Mexico.
MONTE XANIC
In 1987 five partners founded Monte Xanic with the
intention of producing the highest quality wines and
establishing a new benchmark for Mexican winemaking.
The name and logo of the winery came a visit to the winery
after a spring rain. After the rain the entire valley was
covered with beautiful desert flowers which led to the name
Monte Xanic which means in Mexican and Indian - the first
flower that blooms on the mountain after the rain. Monte
Xanic is recognized as Mexico's first boutique winery
FREIXENET
Freixenet may be the
largest     maker     of
traditional     method
sparkling     wine.The
company        focuses
solely on méthode
champenoise wines,
and          continually
innovates and invests
in       the      latest
winemaking
technology to ensure
a consistent, excellent
product.
CHATEAU CAMOU

 Their wines are born in
the beatiful and tranquil
mountains known as the
Canada del Trigo, buried
in the heart of the Valle
de Guadalupe, the most
important wine growing
valley in Mexico. Their
land has ideal conditions
of both climate and soil,
just right for Chateau
Camou's        vineywards
originating from grafts of
noble varieties from the
Old      Continent,     to
develop to their utmost
under the Baja California
sun.
