ULTRA FOAM
CHEMPROCIDE destroys and controls bacteria, fungi, virus,
mold and off odors. The Germicidal efficiency of CHEMPROCIDE is enhanced due to the unique formulation of active ingredients. A combination of Isopropyl Alcohol, Surfactants, Wetting
Agents and DDAC.
RATE OF PERFORMANCE
The rapid germicidal activity of CHEMPROCIDE is demonstrated by use-solution tests performed in accordance with the 11th
Edition AOAC. Phenol Co - efficient procedure.
Bacteria, fungi and Mold Control.
CHEMPROCIDE effectively destroys and controls Bacteria,
fungi, virus and mold organisms which flourish on plastic, paint,
wood, coolers, equipment, storage areas and food processing
equipment. With a pH of 6.5 CHEMPROCIDE is safe and effective on all surfaces which require disinfection .
The active ingredients in CHEMPROCIDE do not evaporate leaving a germicidal residual for up to 30 days. When applied to a surface CHEMPROCIDE will dry until moisture and condensation
from production begins to form. At this point the CHEMPROCIDE residual is reactivated helping to destroy bacteria, fungi and
virus before it can be introduced to your operation before or during
production.
MILDNESS
CHEMPROCIDE is none corrosive, unlike many Quats and is an
effective in the presence of organic material and at different pH
ranges making CHEMPROCIDE an ideal product for Foot Baths,
submerging of tools, and as a glove dip.
DEODORIZING RESULTS
CHEMPROCIDE has true odor neutralizing activity which has

Due to the powerful cleaning action of ULTRA heavy grease and
soils melt from the surfaces. Encrusted deposits and carbonized

5. Difficult Soils
Oil and grease combine with dust, dirt and
other soils to form compacted, difficult to remove deposits. Such deposits become even
more difficult to remove when heat-set from exposure to high temperatures. FIST is a liquid cleaner designed to remove such deposits when used with high pressure equipment, steam cleaning machines and other cleaning methods.
Effective Soil Solvent
FIST breaks up soils by liquefying grease and compacted oil accumulation. FIST then emulsifies petroleum and fatty deposits for
easy removal with a high pressure WASHER or brush application.

DIRECTIONS General Cleaning:
Mix 1 part FIST with 20 to 30 parts of water. Spray all surfaces to
be cleaned. Allow solution to sit for 3 to 5 minutes then rinse with
high-pressure hose.
Extra Heavy Cleaning
Mix 1 part FIST with 10 parts of water , Spray all surfaces and
allow solution to sit for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing .
Brush Application
Mix 1 part FIST with 50 to 100 parts of water. Spray or brush on
the solution then rinse with low or high-pressure water.
SANIT-C 16 is a Heavy Duty Cleaner with bactericidal and Virucidal
properties. Developed to remove the bio-films, proteins and oils from
processing equipment during the food manufacturing process.
Highly Effective Cleaning & Complete Control
SANIT-C 16 is an effective bactericide which is needed to control micro
organisms in dairy and food processing plants to prevent the growth of
pathogenic bacteria in a food plant environment and on food processing
equipment. An effective program of microorganism control has proven
to increase the shelf life of many different food products.
CHLORINATED
Chlorine is most effective as a bactericide when pH of the use-solution is
in the midrange. Most chlorine sanitizers supply an alkaline-range chlorine. The alkali increases pH of the use-solution to the high-range resulting in substantially lower chlorine sanitizing effectiveness. SANIT C-16
contains organic stabilizers and pH buffers to supply chlorine at its most
effective rate of release and optimum pH level for sanitizing action.

SANIT C-16 is registered by USDA and the CFIA for use in federally
inspected meat and poultry plants. SANIT C-16 also carries a CFR 40
registration which allows it's use in Canada, US, Mexico, Central &
South America, The EU and Japan.
No Residual or Rinsing
SANIT C-16 use-solutions containing 100 ppm chlorine or less do not
require a rinse When used on equipment which comes in direct contact
with food products. SANIT C-16 is completely soluble in water and requires no prior reaction with sodium carbonate or decanting to remove
insoluble residues. In other words, it leaves no residue.
Mold and Mildew Control
SANIT C-16 is effective against a wide range of microorganisms, including gram positive and gram negative bacteria, virus, mold, yeast,
algae and airborne microbial spores.

6. MASTER MHW has been formulated specifically to clean baked
on soils from the surfaces of non-stick baking trays. Master MHW
is commonly used in automatic dishwashers due to it's excellent
cleaning ability coupled with the low risk to soft metals and special coatings.
Spray Cleaning of Soft Metal
MASTER MHW can be used in a spray application to remove
food residues and soil build up from soft metals such as aluminum, galvanized iron and tin.
Non-Foaming Powder
MASTER MHW is low foaming making it the ideal product for
pumps, recalculating systems, dishwashers and dipping tanks for
food handling equipment and tools, especially when foam is undesirable or can complicated production procedures.
Effective Emulsification
MASTER MHW built with emulsifiers specific to the removal
and emulsification of mineral oils, vegetable oils, grease, lubricants, proteins and baked on food soils, all with out the worry of
damage to sensitive production equipment.
Pre Painting

Pre Cleaning of Coolers floors and concrete
Using warm or hot water if possible dissolve desired amount of
MASTER CAX . Brush surfaces to be cleaned, allow product to
sit for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse to drain.
Coolers when temperature is below 16 degrees Celsius.
Using a shovel or scoop sprinkle a generous amount of
MASTER CAX powder to the floor area of the cooler
Using a brush apply warm or hot water to the powder and scrub all
areas to be cleaned. While brushing a second person should rinse
and squeegee the water & solution out of the cooler

Use one 4 oz scoop of MASTER CAX per load of clothing
For heavily soiled or stained clothes fill machine and allow clothes
to soak in solution for 10 minutes prior to running the wash cycle.
