Monitoring Mechanism VPRC  selects candidate based on the  interest candidate,, monitors and make payment to institutes.  VPRC  prepare & submits monthly progress report to District Unit. Social Audit Committee  certifies the fund utilization Fund utilization is also audited by  auditors

Success    stories Fork Lift Operation in St. Gobain Name of the Youth :  G. Arul Sakthi,  Age :  21. Name of the Panchayat : Devanendal, T V Malai Dt. I have studied up to 10th std and come from a very poor family. I  was unable to continue my studies due to poverty. In these circumstances I was selected by Vazhndhukaattuvom project and sent for two months training in fork lift operation to TVS company. After completion of training I am employed in St. Gobain Glass  India Ltdin Chennai.   Now I am earning Rs. 8000/-per month. My family is extremely happy
I am Vinodini, aged 26 years from Thiruvarur district. Our family belongs to Very Poor category. I have studied till 12th standard. When our family in crisis, I came to know through VPRC that youth are provided with skill training in the reputed institutions. I attended Job Fair and got appointment in Nokia. I am working in Nokia Company and earning about Rs.5,500/-. My heart felt thanks to PudhuVaazhu Project for empowering me on both in economic and social aspects. I am recognized by the community. Success stories…. Contd.. I am Gowri, aged 23 years from Vellore District. We belong to Very poor category. Before the intervention of PudhuVaazhu Project, I was working as a Coolie. Through the Village Poverty Reduction Committee (VPRC) in our district I was trained in Foxconn (an MNC -  cell phone spare parts production company) and got opportunity to work there itself.  Now I am earning  about Rs.5,500/- per month including transportation facility. This training has helped me to enhance my monthly income. Thanks to PudhuVaazhu Project.
           I am Karthik, belong to poor category in Ramnad District. Due to my family situation I could not continue my higher studies. When the situation gets worse, I came to know about the job fair conducted by the Mathur VPRC. Through the job fair I have got selected  and trained in ETA (Plumbing) . Now I am working in a private company in Saudi Arabia with the pay of Rs.12,000/-. As a son, today I am able to fulfill the needs of my family & proud of it. I sincerely thank PudhuVaazhu Project for my career growth. Success stories…. Contd..

  • 15. Success stories Fork Lift Operation in St. Gobain Name of the Youth : G. Arul Sakthi, Age : 21. Name of the Panchayat : Devanendal, T V Malai Dt. I have studied up to 10th std and come from a very poor family. I was unable to continue my studies due to poverty. In these circumstances I was selected by Vazhndhukaattuvom project and sent for two months training in fork lift operation to TVS company. After completion of training I am employed in St. Gobain Glass India Ltdin Chennai.  Now I am earning Rs. 8000/-per month. My family is extremely happy
  • 16. I am Vinodini, aged 26 years from Thiruvarur district. Our family belongs to Very Poor category. I have studied till 12th standard. When our family in crisis, I came to know through VPRC that youth are provided with skill training in the reputed institutions. I attended Job Fair and got appointment in Nokia. I am working in Nokia Company and earning about Rs.5,500/-. My heart felt thanks to PudhuVaazhu Project for empowering me on both in economic and social aspects. I am recognized by the community.   • 17. Success stories…. Contd.. I am Gowri, aged 23 years from Vellore District. We belong to Very poor category. Before the intervention of PudhuVaazhu Project, I was working as a Coolie. Through the Village Poverty Reduction Committee (VPRC) in our district I was trained in Foxconn (an MNC - cell phone spare parts production company) and got opportunity to work there itself. Now I am earning about Rs.5,500/- per month including transportation facility. This training has helped me to enhance my monthly income. Thanks to PudhuVaazhu Project.
  • 18.        I am Karthik, belong to poor category in Ramnad District. Due to my family situation I could not continue my higher studies. When the situation gets worse, I came to know about the job fair conducted by the Mathur VPRC. Through the job fair I have got selected and trained in ETA (Plumbing) . Now I am working in a private company in Saudi Arabia with the pay of Rs.12,000/-. As a son, today I am able to fulfill the needs of my family & proud of it. I sincerely thank PudhuVaazhu Project for my career growth. Success stories…. Contd..
