Founded in 2001, 4Site Interactive Studios is a digital creative agency that helps nonprofits and mission-driven businesses to grow and sustain online communities. We create communities by developing innovative content marketing strategies; creating visual and interactive content to engage users; and then building open-source platforms to manage those users. We are a full service agency, offering services in: - Content Strategy and Marketing; - Social Media Integration; - User Experience Design; - Website and Mobile App Design; - Drupal and Mobile App Development; - Drupal/CRM Integration (Salsa, Convio, Avectra, Salesforce & CiviCRM); - Video Production; - Content Creation and Management; - Analytics Reporting and Analysis; - and Support and Hosting. This Research paper seeks to study the impact of Digital Technology on the Indian film industry. The Indian film industry produces the largest number of films in the world approximately over 1000 movies annually. Over 3.2 billion movie tickets are sold annually in India; this makes it the largest in the world. It was worth Rs.107 billion in 2008. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflow continued in the entertainment and media segment in India. Drastic technological changes have been taking place in the film industry in terms of digital cinema, 3D screens, Direct to Home services, mobile phones and animation. Indian animation segment has witnessed significant growth due to outsourcing by international studios as well as an increase in demand of animated content nationally. This paper seeks to explore the impact of technology on various facets of the film industry and proposes to put forth certain key aspects which can be adopted by film industries across South Asia, in order to make them enterprising and successful. The impact of Digital Technology on the Indian film industry is not only in terms of innovations in production, distribution but also the growth of various other ways of marketing the film and also associated products like music, tracks of scenes etc. It’s clear that the industry is simply adapting, shifting towards two polar points: higher-quality visual and sensorial experiences in the theatre that aim to blow audiences’ brains out, and increasingly personal, high-tech and decentralized movie experiences at home.

Tracing the root cause of a performance issue requires a lot of patience, experience, and focus. It’s so hard that we sometimes attempt to guess by trying out tentative fixes, but that usually results in frustration, messy code, and a considerable waste of time and money. This talk explains how to correctly zoom in on a performance bottleneck using three levels of profiling: distributed tracing, metrics, and method profiling. After we learn to read the JVM profiler output as a flame graph, we explore a series of bottlenecks typical for backend systems, like connection/thread pool starvation, invisible aspects, blocking code, hot CPU methods, lock contention, and Virtual Thread pinning, and we learn to trace them even if they occur in library code you are not familiar with. Attend this talk and prepare for the performance issues that will eventually hit any successful system. LockBit 3.0 took gold in the hacking olympics, followed by the plucky upstarts Clop and ALPHV/BlackCat. Apparently, 48% of organizations were feeling left out and decided to get in on the cyber attack action. Business services won the "most likely to get digitally mugged" award, with education and retail nipping at their heels. Hackers expanded their repertoire beyond boring old encryption to the much more exciting world of extortion. The US, UK and Canada took top honors in the "countries most likely to pay up" category. Bitcoins were the currency of choice for discerning hackers, because who doesn't love untraceable money?
