9. Our working ranch is located in the heart of beef country, so you can count on
Tammy to serve up the most mouth-watering, tender cuts, delightfully seasoned
and prepared fresh every day with all the fixings. Meals are served buffet and/or
family style, so you’re sure to be full and satisfied.

Breakfast:
Pancakes, egg and bread. Biscuits and gravy or morning food burritos.
Dinner (noon meal):
Hamburgers or a variety of hot snacks, soups, home made cookies, cakes and/or
specialized sweets. Once a week a have a eat outside in the field just you and your
equine.
 Supper (evening meal):
 Grilled meal and apples. Prime rib, apples and healthy salad. Deep-fried
Poultry, crushed apples and vegetables. Some Spanish and French dinners are also
provided. And every dinner includes a selection of Tammy’s delightful home made
sweets.
